• Only HKSPC service users and their families are eligible to join this event. Admission is free.​

​

• In view of venue capacity and crowd control, pre-registration is required. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

​

• Interested parties can join the event by family unit. Registration should be done by a service user or his/her parent or guardian (if the service user is under the age of 18, such as a NS student). Each registrant can attend the event with up to 3 family members.

​

• Admission quotas are non-transferable.

​

• 8 sessions are available for the event. Quotas for each session are limited. Session will be allocated according to the registration sequence and the order of time preference, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

​

• Successful applicants will receive an email confirmation from HKSPC in early Feb, indicating the participant number and the assigned session. 

​

• HKSPC reserves the right to decide and alter the operation of the activities at its own discretion. Should there be any change or cancellation, please follow our latest updates.

• Participants are prohibited to run, smoke, eat or drink in the event venue.

​

• Children aged 14 or below should be accompanied by their parents or guardians.

​

• Products are at limited supply and on the first-come-first-serve basis. 

​

• All products are donated items and sold in the form of "as is", without quality assurance. No refund or replacement will be arranged for all purchased products.

​

• Please bring your own shopping bag(s).

​

• Cash in HK dollars only. No change will be provided.​

​

• If there is any emergency or if you feel unwell during the event, please seek assistance from our on-site staff immediately.

​

• In case of accident or special incident, HKSPC may suspend, postpone or cancel the event according to the situation and needs.

​

• Participants may be captured in photos or video-recordings during the event. The materials may be saved and uploaded to HKSPC’s websites, social media platforms, publications and/or publicity materials for promotion purpose.

​

• The event will be cancelled when typhoon signal No. 8 - 10; or a red / black rainstorm signal is hoisted 3 hours before event commencement time.

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the assigned session. HKSPC reserves the right to refuse admission to any late-comer.

​

• Please present the confirmation email (either by printed copy or screen capture) to the staff before entering the venue. 

​

• Participants are required to check body temperature before entering the venue and wear a mask during the event. HKSPC will review the latest situation of COVID-19 and adjust the measurements and guidelines accordingly.

​

• No locker or baggage storage service will be provided. Participants shall bring the least personal belongings as possible.

​

• Strollers or trolleys are prohibited at sales area, and can only be parked at a self-help area with very limited space.
