Registration Information

Only HKSPC service users and their families are eligible to join this event. Admission is free.

In view of venue capacity and crowd control, pre-registration is required. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

Interested parties can join the event by family unit. Registration should be done by a service user or his/her parent or guardian (if the service user is under the age of 18, such as a NS student). Each registrant can attend the event with up to 3 family members.

Admission quotas are non-transferable.

8 sessions are available for the event. Quotas for each session are limited. Session will be allocated according to the registration sequence and the order of time preference, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Successful applicants will receive an email confirmation from HKSPC in early Feb, indicating the participant number and the assigned session.

HKSPC reserves the right to decide and alter the operation of the activities at its own discretion. Should there be any change or cancellation, please follow our latest updates.

Notes on Participation

Participants are prohibited to run, smoke, eat or drink in the event venue.

Children aged 14 or below should be accompanied by their parents or guardians.

Products are at limited supply and on the first-come-first-serve basis.

All products are donated items and sold in the form of "as is", without quality assurance. No refund or replacement will be arranged for all purchased products.

Please bring your own shopping bag(s).

Cash in HK dollars only. No change will be provided.

If there is any emergency or if you feel unwell during the event, please seek assistance from our on-site staff immediately.

In case of accident or special incident, HKSPC may suspend, postpone or cancel the event according to the situation and needs.

Participants may be captured in photos or video-recordings during the event. The materials may be saved and uploaded to HKSPC’s websites, social media platforms, publications and/or publicity materials for promotion purpose.

The event will be cancelled when typhoon signal No. 8 - 10; or a red / black rainstorm signal is hoisted 3 hours before event commencement time.

Notes on Admission

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the assigned session. HKSPC reserves the right to refuse admission to any late-comer.

Please present the confirmation email (either by printed copy or screen capture) to the staff before entering the venue.

Participants are required to check body temperature before entering the venue and wear a mask during the event. HKSPC will review the latest situation of COVID-19 and adjust the measurements and guidelines accordingly.
