Parent-Child Chinese Painting Workshop

with Master Huang Xiang-ling

Join us for a special Parent-Child Chinese Painting Workshop to explore the beauty of traditional Chinese art! 

 

Master Huang will teach the foundation of Chinese ink painting techniques through her signature ‘PANDA’ theme. Participants will also learn the use of colours and correct brush holding postures.

 

Tailor-made for 16 pairs of parent-child (children must be aged 5 or above)! Class will be taught in Cantonese/ Mandarin.

Master Huang Xiang-ling 黃湘詅老師

 

Artist Huang Xiang-ling (黃湘詅) is famous for her unique ink painting style, especially painting panda. As the youngest daughter of the traditional Chinese painting master Huang Jun-bi (黃君壁), she has been nurtured for artistic development since childhood and laid a very strong foundation for ink painting.

 

Huang acquires a unique painting style. The pandas she paints are lifelike in pen and ink. Her paintings are widely recognized and collected by renowned artists worldwide. She has held many solo exhibitions in Taipei, Shenzhen, Yixing, Shanghai, Nanjing & Changhua etc. Currently serving as the president of Huang Junbi Culture and Art Association, she has been dedicated to promoting cross-strait cultural and artistic exchanges as well as contributing to charitable endeavors.
